Flexeril facts

What is Flexeril?

Flexeril is a muscle relaxant used to treat the pain and stiffness of muscle injuries, including muscle spasms, muscle strains, and muscle sprains. Flexeril can be used to relieve pain and muscle spasms associated with fibromyalgia.

Flexeril should not be used if you have, or have had, heart problems, heart failure, a recent heart attack, if you have taken an MAO inhibitor recently, if you have trouble with urination or glaucoma. Flexeril can impair mental and physical function, and may lead to urinary retention in men.

Flexeril should be used only for short periods of time (three weeks or less). It is not a substitute for rest, exercise, or physical therapy that should be used to treat the muscle injury, but only a medication to relieve the pain and stiffness while your muscles are recovering.

Where can I get Flexeril at a discount?

We recommend that you discuss use of Flexeril with your physician, and if it is determined that it is safe for you to use, you should only then begin shopping for a place to purchase Flexeril.
